My story begins far from the global stages, boardrooms, and HealthTech events where I stand today. I was born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan where medicine was not just a profession — it was a calling rooted in empathy, resilience, and an instinct to heal. I became a pediatrician and endocrinologist not because it was easy, but because I believed that changing even one child’s life could shift an entire future.

I lived inside the world of medicine — long nights, urgent decisions, and the quiet privilege of being trusted with someone’s health. But life has a way of calling you into larger rooms when you’re ready. My path expanded into global clinical trials, and suddenly my work was connected not just to one patient, but to thousands of lives across continents.

I led clinical trials in the U.S., Europe, LATAM, and Asia — navigating science, regulation, culture, and people. I learned how to build teams across time zones, how to bring calm into chaos, and how to unite stakeholders who didn’t speak the same language sometimes but shared the same mission: improving human health.

But transformation often begins quietly.
For me, everything shifted the day I moved to the United States — arriving with three dependents, a cat, and four suitcases that held our entire life. No safety net. No comfort zone. Just responsibility, courage, and an unshakable belief in my purpose. It was a moment of survival and reinvention, where I learned that you don’t need perfect conditions to rise — only the determination to begin again.

What I didn’t expect was how deeply Austin, Texas would change me.
As I stepped into my very first HealthTech and Healthcare founder events, something powerful happened: people began to come to me for guidance, clarity, answers — and I found myself helping them solve problems in minutes that they had struggled with for months.

Founder after founder said:
“Anna, you need to build your presence.”
“You need your own company.”
“We would love to work with you.”

And for the first time, I understood the full circle of my journey.
Medicine taught me EMPATHY.
Clinical Research taught me GLOBAL LEADERSHIP.
My life taught me RESILENCE.

But Austin taught me that my purpose is bigger than my profession.

Today, I stand at the intersection where capital meets consciousness — bridging founders, investors, pharma, CROs, and global partners who believe that innovation without humanity means nothing.

I created IMPACT-HEALTHTECH to be more than a consulting firm.
It is a movement, a platform, and a community — empowering entrepreneurs to build not only scalable companies, but meaningful ones; companies that heal, transform, and elevate human lives worldwide.

My mission is simple:
